  • I just placed an order, how can I add more items in the previous order to save shipping cost?
    If your order has not yet been shipped, you can place a new order and select the pick-up option to avoid paying additional shipping fees. After placing the new order, kindly send us an email to remind us to ship both orders together.
  • The item I want is out of stock, how quick can you restock?
    We restock quite often, some take longer some take few days to a week, feel free to drop us a message we can let you know the restock information of certain item.
  • When will be my order shipped?
    Your order will be shipped in 3 business days, unless otherwise stated.
  • I haven't received the tracking information.
    Usually you will receive an email with the tracking code once your order has been shipped. However, if you pre-ordered any items along with any in stock items, we will dispatch the entire order once all the goods are ready.
  • How much do you charge for shipping?
    Randomly add an item to the shopping bag, in the check out page, you will see the shipping fee after selecting your country. We offer free shipping worldwide for orders above £150 for most of the counties. Free shippings exception for some countries and some products (will be stated on the specific product page), check here for details.
  • Is there an expiry date for the Gift Card?
    Yes. The Gift Card expires after 24 months of purchase.
  • What kind of information will the recipient receive?
    Once you purchased the gift card, the recipient then gets an email with the subject line "You just got a gift card from "Sender's Name". The email appears recipient's name, sender's personal message & name, a unique gift card code, gift card amount and expiration date. Notes: If the sender or the recipient's email address is already in our system, the name that appears in the recipient email is the one saved in our contact list.
  • How recipient redeem gift cards?
    To redeem the gift card, the recipient heads over to our website and finds items to purchase. During payment, select the Redeem a gift card option and enter the unique gift card code. If the price of the sale is worth more than the value of the card, the gift card recipient can pay for the remaining cost using their own card.
  • What if the recipient’s order value is lower than the gift card?
    The remaining balance will be stored in the recipient's unique gift card. They only need to use the balance before the gift card expires.
  • Can I purchase a new gift card to someone else by redeem a gift card?
    No, this is not allowed on our website.
  • Can recipient transfer the ownership of the gift card?
    No, they can not.
  • What payment method do you accept?
    We accept bank transfer, PayPal and all major Debit or Credit cards on our site, including American Express. If you are located in China and prefer to pay via Alipay or WeChat Pay, please contact us. Please read our payment policy here.
  • What currency you charge?
    We charge British Pound (£) on our website.
