When you order a minimum of three Graphite Pricking Irons/Stitching Chisels, they come packaged in a walnut wooden box, with free customisation included. You can choose to have your logo or a name engraved in your preferred font, with an engraving area of approximately 11 x 15 cm.
If you’d like engraving, please email us immediately after your purchase with the details, or we will dispatch the box without engraving. Our logo will be on the back of the box. You can also select a different brass closure style; please email us your preference, otherwise, we will ship with a randomly selected closure.
Please note, the leather logo panel shown in the photos may not be included—it is just an example to inspire you on how to personalise your wooden box and add a unique touch.
 
In addition to using high-quality raw materials, essential steps like heat treatment, surface finishing, and polishing are crucial for crafting top-tier pricking irons.
Our artisans meticulously hand-polish and finely sharpen each tooth on both sides, ensuring an ultra-smooth experience when punching through leather and easy release with each lift.
 
Subsequent treatment process:
Hardness 52-54
Vacuum + deep cooling heat treatment
Oxidation and blackening treatment finishing
Engraved logo and spacing on top of the handle
